Novelty Suicune

Hello all. This is for 3rd gen (netbattle), not D/P. I have a celebi to BP calm mind to Suicune, and believe me, Celebi does this VERY well. I prefer roar over ice beam on CMcune every time, so now that I don't need Calm mind, I have surf, roar, rest, and one slot to do as I wish. I came up with a lovely little novelty to laugh at Blissey:

Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
I can't decide on a nature, but I was thinking a -Spd nature
- Rest
- Roar
- Surf
- Hidden Power [Fighting]

So yeah, it is totally novelty. Still, Regice and blissey always come in and laugh at me, so I figured to surprise them.

I also thought I could just use a special HP, or maybe ice beam, but the rest of my team covers that pretty well.

My question is, could this work, or is it just a novelty that's good in theory that'll get killed in real battles?

This set fails simply because Suicune's mediocre Attack combined with Hidden Power's equally mediocre base power won't even scratch Regice and Blissey despite being super effective. The easiest way to get rid of pesky Regice and Blissey threats is to use a Dugtrio although you need to know when to switch in and you need a backup Pokémon to deal the finishing blow to Regice after Dugtrio has weakened it.

Don't try making Suicune what it isn't meant to be; for some Pokémon it works, but definitely not for Suicune.

I see your point...still, I have a moveslot to fill. Any ideas? For the record, I tried using dugtrio...it just failed compared to other sweepers I used. But yeah, any suggestions for the last slot?
