When trying to insert new type sprites into a FireRed ROM, no matter the version of NSE or the type of FireRed ROM I use, the Palette offset will ALWAYS show as 0 rather than the intended (I think it's E95DBC?) and will result in the sprites looking bad in game.

What's going on and how can I fix it?
