Yea, it has 40 Speed, but with Parafusion, its begging for more. Timid Nature so it can attack more

with max HP and 75 base defenses, it's capable of taking hits and hitting HARD with it's good movepool. always good for a surprise OHKO.

Gunk shot and thunderwave wouldn't work together either..

And I dunno about those EVs. I hate it when my Pokemon are strong, but with a low defence, so they have little time to land attacks.

the thing is with defenses and HP, HP goes towards BOTH defense and sp defense.

giving evs to certain defenses make them stronger, but makes it difficult for him to take other kinds of hits.

You could also try an Octillery that makes use of critical hits. Just adding another option here. Focus Energy + Sniper ability will allow Octillery to deal a lot of damage.

Ugh, I forgot that there's a rule called 'Hax Item Clause'. Scope Lens, in this case, isn't allowed. <_<;

I deleted the post, my mistake. I don't find Charge Beam as one of the best choices, but it works, plus the boost is helpful.

Yep, plus with Modest Nature and maybe Choice Specs in place of Leftovers, it work pretty well. As well as making Octillery, have a high special attack. I mean, Charge Beam, is one unexpected move that nobody will predict that Octillery has.
