Ja, it's been a while since my last thread or what not:

A Combine Gunship from HL2. Drawn in oekaki chat a while ago.

Youmu Konpaku from the Touhou series. Ultimate half-human half-spirit gardener ever.

I just had this idea.

Something dark... unlike most of my stuff.

Darker than the previous one. Yay random Manji Gardevoir.

I can't draw people too. That is why I either draw people who are half-machines, or some other humanoid creature.

I agree with you that people are very difficult to draw! But I really think you've done a good job here! :D I love the use of the background of runes and mystical symbols in the Youmu Konpaku picture! ^_^ I can really see what you're getting at there! I also very much like the 'scratchy' style of the 3rd picture!
