offering monferno and shieldon

I am offering my level 24 or 25 monferno with fire spin, ember, feint, etc and also my shieldon in the low 20's. I am looking for some powerful pokemon I can use in the elite 4 but no lame ones like machoke. Lucario would be nice. Offer here
