It often likes to wander through the forest, whistling a tune that it learned from its mother, although it doesn't have the skill to fully imitate her yet.

The fire that blazes around its small body dies to a warm, weak glow when it sleeps and when it lets its trainer touch it. Though it is covered in fire, it longs to be held by a companion.

The shell that covers its hide isn't much stronger than the flesh underneath, so it often hides amongst the waves, keeping its bright tail hidden under its body.
