you've gotten considerably better, but you need to work on not making the outlines completely blacks because in Pokemon they have the darkest shade of the primary color mixed in. You forgot to do it on the right triangle thingy of Bannette. Also the right triangle thingy looks falt and needs shading, as with the rest of the body but not as much.

Alright, I'll fix that up later. Thanks for the crit

I also have a new sprite:
[PokeCommunity.com] Oh great, another sprite thread from Haz...
    Psychic/ Dragon type. Also, it's a legendary.

Hmm... I can't really tell what the first one is supposed to be. It looks like some kind of fairy snake... Anyway! The most immediate thing I notice when looking at it is how crumpled-up the tail and snout look. It's hard to judge the position it's supposed to be in, since the tail is shaded darker than the body, with no apparent source of the shadow. The wings (?) also need a bit of work, you should have a look at the shape and shading on similar structures in existing Pokemon.

The second one IS cute, but I'm not sure if I can tell what it is; it looks to me like a baby manatee with a big propeller. The body is fine, it just needs to be shaded a bit more, and the flippers could stand to be rounded at the edges. The biggest issue is the propeller... If it IS a propeller, you should give it a central rivet point from which the blades extend. The palette choice on it isn't too great... If it's supposed to be shiny, there's not enough contrast; if it's supposed to be like skin, there's way too much contrast between the base and dark shades.

I don't have much to say about the third sprite, because I can't really tell what anything is supposed to be. Are those horns, tusks, and... a wooden stick on its tail? One thing I can say is that its body looks a little crumpled, like the first one's tail.

If you don't like your (fighting-type?) Shuppet evolution, you should try remaking its body while looking at sprites with bodies similar to what you want.

The outlines and shading are the main problems. I'll go in more detail:

    Outlines:

For round surfaces you really have to make it rounder. I know it can be difficult but that is vital in Pokémon sprites. Also try avoiding jagged outlines, those are not good.
Also, make all outlines dark. No, not entirely black, but dark. If you lighten the outline on a very light surface it would be starting to look like it hasn't got any outline at all, and we don't want that. Look at official Pokémon sprites and compare. Black can be used, should be used in small amounts, but not covering the whole sprite. I like to use dark grey instead of black, or dark brown, or red, or whatever.

    Shading:

The main problem is that the shading is kind of 2-dimensional. Light on one side, dark on the other. Well, not THAT much. Imagine the sprite in 3-d, make one light-source, and only one, and make the whole sprite follow it.

Anyways, good effort, I definitely hope to see more.

The first one was meant to be a seahorse-fairy thing. I first drew it in my school book during Maths XD. Anyway the second on was a little fish that leapt out of the water and kinda 'flew' by spinning its tail. The third was a dragon that welded a magic staff XD
Anyway thanks for the comments, I appreciate it, truley I do.

Alright, I'll take all that in mind.

Btw, here is something I whipped up yesterday:
