    You should've put this in the "Simple Questions" thread, I think. [There's way more but it would be too many to list X_X]
    Anyway,
    [Ruby/Sapphire]
    Wailmer - Fish with Super Rod at Lilycove City or Mossdeep City
    Relicanth - Route 124

    [Emerald]
    Wailmer - Fish with Super Rod at Lilycove City or Mossdeep City [There's also way more but it would be also too many to list]
    Relicanth - Routes 124-126
