This moveset needs some help. You didn't post the nature or EV's. If you want to baton pass something, Baton Pass Wish or something of that sort. Double Team is h4x. I don't know much about Umbreons, but I know you need to add Wish somewhere here.

You tried but missed the nail's head. Rock Slide is a no no when Stone Edge is a much better alternative. If you want something really strong use the following moveset.

After a Dragon Dance, it can outspeed and KO many things with ease. I use it, and it works pretty nicely. Or go for the awesome Tyraniboah set.

Light screen and Protect are pretty meh. Walls use these two moves usually, so ditch them for something else. Preferably EQ and Bullet Punch. Psychic is pretty weak this gen, I usually use Agiligross

No Roost on Gliscor is almost a sin. Maybe you should get rid of AA for something like Agility if you want to Baton Pass it. Even though flyers can wall you, just BP to Tyranitar.

Except it's called Smogon, not Smogon University. But yeah, it's helpful if you're learning the ropes.

I'm too tired to pick this team apart bit by bit, but King Tyranitar got most of the stuff right. I guess.
