Grass Psychic Team
I never used grass since Gen 2 cuz the were kinda worthless to me, but I would say
Slowbro(or King. Your choice) Give it focus blast for dark type.
Roserade has insane spatk. Get a budew with modest nature. (atk ↓ spatk↑) Teach toxic spikes, Magical Leaf or Leaf Storm. It's ability will probably be chlorophil so weatherball and sunny day.
Exegutor fits both types.
I would add my favorite psychic type Kadabra modest nature.
And last if you need a flyer, Tropius with fly (not sure if it can learn it.) Give all sp attackers modest nature unless Its attack is higher than spatk. In that case teach it physical moves. And ev train them in their highest stat ONLY first. look online for which poke give which ev's. Try this and pm me if it works or not. Never done this for a two type team before. And about the Rasmus thing pm me your preferred nature. I can catch more at the safari zone.
