so im playin pokemon emerald on my emulator and im trying to find where to get lugia and ho-oh. can u even get lugia and ho oh in emerald and if u can where?

Get a mystic ticket(In your case you have to cheat, no way to get a even on VBA) and goto the dock.

I heard Mystic Ticket's an event item. You'll able to get to the Navel Island where Lugia is. Ho-oh I think is in Ecruetek(spelling?) City's Tin Tower.

Jigga what? I was not aware that Ecruteak city was in Emerald!

Then again, I guess with Dialga and Palkia running around causing trouble, I suppose it's possible for a gen-II town that hasn't been seen for about 8 years to inexplicably poof from an entirely different continent into Hoenn. Epic fail.

To answer MoonLucario's question, you aren't getting either without feeding in some gameshark codes to activate the events. Look around the internet. For Lugia and Ho-oh, you'll need to hack for a Mysticticket and travel to Navel Rock.

The easiest way to get to Navel Rock, is to use a simple warp code. Then when walking through the door anywhere, you'll warp to Navel Rock.
But, before entering disable the warp or you'll just go back to the entrance.
