Yeah, so uh, I'd thought I would post an old UU team of mine (which I still sometimes use, hehehe. ^^; But yeah; its still growing; so feel free to give comments. (:
Intro: So, hey there. I'm sort of on a slump with OU right now, so, I decided: hey, I'm go back, kick back and have some fun with UU's for a while. So I was a pretty good battler with UU's last year, but, got super rusty and with the metagame change ans all that, soooo I decided to build a team that fits with the current UU metagame.
You can say this team focuses on Dragon Dance Altaria; as in removing or weaking Altaria's checks (Ice, Rock, Dragon) for a nice clean sweep with her. Anywho, please enjoy. <3

Ms Foxie (Arcanine)
@ Lum Berry
Intimidate
Naughty (+Atk, -SpD)
192 HP / 252 Atk / 64 Spe
~ Flare Blitz
~ Extremespeed
~ Overheat
~ Toxic
Anti Lead Arcanine here for the start. First of all, fire is a really good typing for this team since Altaria is weak to Ice, namley, Glaceon or Articuno, and Registeel is weak to fire, or in other words, other Arcanine or Houndoom; so this Arcanine was build to take on those flamethrowers and Ice Beams and elimate the Ice and Steel threat for Altaria. Most of the time with this lead, I would be Fire Blitzing + Extremespeed, which in turn, as a lead start things out in the right foot for me; as its Intimidate + Extreme Speed combo is just...beauitful. Like say, I face an Ambipom; with silk scarf, Fake Out does around 21.4 - 25.5% after Intimidate, and, if it U-turns out, it will have half of its health eaten by Arcan9's ExtremeSpeed. With Lum Berry, it can easily beat Yanmega Leads as well; since Fire Blitz OHKO's them 100% of the time. Toxic is for something like say, a Uxie lead, or better yet, for something like Slowbro if timed correctly. Overheat is specificaly set for Steelix, or other high physically defensive pokemon, since on some days, I'd won't want to waste Hp hitting it with Fire Blitz.
The Evs are actually pretty standard n this one; maxe dout his attack for its Fire Blitz and Extreme Speed, the HP EVs mostly help arcanine take hits after the intimidate, so it does its job on the first-lead-kill job. Outspeeds Adament Hounchcrow, and a naughty nature is to help Overheat deal with Cloyster and Steelix. Ms Wabbit (Azumarill)
@ Leftovers
Huge Power
Adament (+Atk, -SpA)
240 HP / 252 Atk / 16 Def
~ Waterfall
~ Ice Punch
~ Return
~ Aqua Jet
So, I thought to myself: What's a good follow up for Arcanine? And here we are; Azumarill. The common switch ins; like grass types like Venusaur, is 2 HKO'd by Ice Punch (or around that or, alternatively, Again, its a good typing: Water, so it can resist Ice, Fire, Water, and Steel for Ms Dragie and friends. So that means, it can deal with Blaziken, and Steelix, if its still around if Arcanine dies earler for some unknown reason. Its also a good switch in for my Venusaur which is weak to fire. Waterfall, of course being its STAB move, is actually pretty powerfull; and of course how Azumarill checks those fire types with HP Ice. Return is for other Azumarills or maybe Slowbro; or weakening them at least, so Altaria can do her job better. Aqua Jet makes it a pretty good revenge killer; like if I lost a pokemon because of a Yanmega or Nasty Plotted houndoom. In the long run, Azumarill is great, but not much to say.
Azumarill is actually pretty bulky; the Evs give it 401 HP. I gave it defense Evs catering to its base 100 / 80 / 80 defenses. The EVs also give it max attack, so it can hit eveything in this UU metagame pretty hard.

V-Yoshi (Venusaur)
@ Leftovers
Overgrow
Calm (+SpD, -Att)
252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Spe
~ Sleep Powder
~ Leech Seed
~ Synthesis
~ Sludge Bomb
Along with Azumarill, next is Venusaur. Along with Arcanine, Azumaril, Venusaur and him completes the Fire + Water + Grass combination; not a easy combo to beat. If say Azumarill meets a Milotic and I didn't predict properly, I can send this guy in to block its Toxic or HP Electric, and attempt a Sleep Powder + Leech Seed. Handling Milotic or Slowbro also helps Altaria very well for sweeping. Sleep Powder has its other benifts, like sleeping my foes pokemon so I can get a switch in to something else predicting another switch; possibly Altaria if its more in the mid / late game. Leech Seed is the reson why this thing is a pain to take down since my foe would end up switching alot, taking stealth rock + leech seed damage. Sludge Bomb is its STAB move for other Venusaur or other grass types just incase I run into one. Synthesis is its back up healing move if Venusaur come across fighting a grass type.
The EVs are standard, to max out its HP an SpD since Venusaur has a Calm Nature, which alows me to come into electric types like Raichu or Manetric's HP Ice attacks.

TetrisFTW (Registeel)
@ Leftovers
Clear Body
Careful (+SpD, -SpA)
252 HP / 100 Atk / 156 SpD
~ Stealth Rock
~ Iron Head
~ Earthquake
~ Explosion
Worgh, Registeel is just....beast on this team. It has a nice Ice, Dragon, Steel(gyro ball), and Rock Resist for Altaria. Also, he's the guy who sets up the stealth rock, which can help Altaria sweep again. Sometimes, I would have to switch out altaria due to a articuno, so registeel can act as a good UU tank in the late game as well. Iron Head, being its STAB move can check ghosts pretty easily, except for Rotom which Venusaur ad Mismagius can sort of check more easier, and also puts a dent to Articuno more, also in turn, it can check rival Altarias alot easier. Earthquake can pick up on those stary Aggrons who sometimes like to come in, electric types who pack HP Ice, and can hurt steels like steelix just a bit. Explosion is its finisher to prevent a set up, and can give an open chance to send in Altaria.
The EVs make this a UU tank so it can take all sorts of hits providing for the tank for altaria and friends. Maxing out its attack, and providing attack EVs for its Explosion and Earthquakes.

Ms Ghost (Mismagius)
@ Leftovers
Levitate
Timid (+Spe, -Att)
216 HP / 40 Def / 252 Spe
~ Subsistute
~ Will-O-Wisp
~ Pain Split
~ Shadow Ball
Sort of a weird Spin Blocker I admit; but a pretty darn good one. Fighting types like Hitmonlee and Gallade really hurt...so I packed Ms. Ghosty here to take the fighting hits, and attempt to burn them with Will-O-Wisp. This thing can easily Outspeed Absol, so I packed Sub in to predict a Sucker Punch or Swords Dance, and easily Brn it with Will-O-Wisp, provided if it doesn't miss. Pain Split is its some what move to increase its survivability so it can keep subbing up if it needs too. Shadow Ball is its STAB Move, and Missy here is pretty fast; so it can revenge kill certain ghosts. How does it help the other members; especially Altaria you may ask? It cripples Steelix really good, just incase it hangs around in more of the mid game, and it can also help to stop most UU's that can set up / sweep accordingly.
The Evs help its all round natural bulk for its subbing and taking hits after will-o-wisping, or if Will-O-wisp misses. They also max out her speed, which they help her outspeed LO Adament / Jolly hitmonlee.

Ms Dragie (Altaria)
@ Life Orb
Natural Cure
Adament (+Att, -SpA)
72 HP / 252 Atk / 184 Spe
~ Dragon Dance
~ Outrage
~ Earthquake
~ Roost
You can call her the star of the show, the rock of the concert, the MVP, the best pokemon, wutever. =P I honestly like altaria; beacuse so far, its the only dragon its UU; (or correct me if I'm wrong if your counting Gabite or anything else I've missed) Despite its somewhat mediocre attack stat, after one dragon Dance, it can really be quite the monstar. Outrage is its main sweeping move, since after one dragon dance it can OHKO pokemon like Hypno, Mismagius and Venusaur factoring stealth rock. The only problem is that it attacts a lot of steels like steelix, but that what my other pokemon should be for; checking steel types. Bu just incase I do come across a steel type like Agrron, Earthquake is also there too. Roost is there to heal any Life Orb damage just incase; and to halve moves like rock slide and set up with Dragon Dance at the same time. Ms Dragie has a really good typing too, so sending it in isn't a huge issue on taking fire, grass, ground, bug, etc, etc, moves and start to set up. She's normally shiny, but that's not important. <3
The EVs max her attack, and Altaria is still generally bulky, so there's also HP evs, which help her, for example, survive Mismagius's Nasty Plotted Shadow Ball and set up once.
Conclusion: Well, that's it. UU's pretty fun sooo I'm sticking to it for a while. <3 Oh, and Altaria rox. ;3
Leave your opinions, thanks. <3
