    im trying to catch Latias On soulsilver with the wifi event
    and i have used every single poke ball i have
    Thats 1 lure ball
    1 quick ball
    80 ultra balls
    50 nest balls
    24 premier balls

    and i cant capture it and its on 1 hp
    wtf is going on
     
    You simply don't have enough luck. Use a MB or something. But after you've tried again.
     
    Lol I used those over a course of about 5 tries
    it used struggle once and killed its self so i went into the museum and went out again and retried
     
    There's catching Legendary Pokémon for you. D| I had to restart once, but fortunately I froze Latios with an Ice Fang and that made me capable of catching it.
     
    It's basically a chance of luck. With Legendaries it's expected you have to give it a few tries before succeeding in capturing them. This being an event and it being one of the Lati@s, I'm sure it'll be hard. I still have yet to give it a go. Keep trying though and just hope luck is on your side.

    The best way to increase your chances though would be to getting it on low HP and giving it a status effect such as putting it to sleep, paralyzing it, freezing it, etc.
