    I have a Skarmory with fairly nice IVS in Defense HP and around a 20 IV in Speed.

    Seriously, Skarmory needs a lot of defense in this generation with attacks hitting as hard as they do. Otherwise it'll be on its detah bed. subSkarm is good, but still needs plenty of defense.

    EDIT: Oh, Garchomp >.> Eh, sub is fine, but you WILL get pretty badly walled.

    Do you suggest I get a new Skarm?
    I forgot to mention the Mence has a 26 [ i think defense IV ]

    You're covered against Skarm, no need to worry about it, but you still want fire fang for better coverage overall. Not to mention that nailing Skarm with lots of damage before the PHaze is nice.

    Ok so Fire Fang is the way to head?
    Not SubOutrage?
    Could this work set up a sub swords dance ---> outrage = KO ?
