    This is for all those people who have Japanese games only. Has anyone heard of the "Masuda Method"? Well, it says that if you take a Pokemon and breed it with a Pokemon that was generated in a different language game, the chances of breeding a shiny will be four times as higher. I have an ELECTRODE up for grabs in the GTS. It is level 20 or 22-ish, I think. But I really need a DITTO... Thanks to whoever helps me. Oh, and thanks to whoever gave me that Marill...
