Hi

If I got a low level pokemon by trading using GTS, will it obey me? I mean if I didn't have the right amount of badges will it still obey me?

when you trade and when you get a badge the gym leader will always say "Pokemon up to [insert lv here] will obey you. So if you have a level 10 Pokemon from a trade and you have 3 badges then thats alright

Uh... 1 Badge = Level 10
2 Badges = Level 30
4 Badges = Level 50
6 Badges = Level 70
8 Badges = Every Level

That is, unless I made a mistake o.O;

But what if I lvled up the pokemon to lvl 31+ while still having 2 badges. Will it obey me?

No, it won't, since it's now over the level limit.

Btw u only have to have 0 badges, yes zero, nada zip zilch for them to listen to u till ten. After that you need 2 to pass them over 10, or you can try and them not listen to you :P up 2 u.
