6th Gen > Open Lanette's PC.

In RSE, when you try to access Fallarbor Town's PC in the Pokemon Center, you will notice a girl! She is Hoenm's PC develepor, Lanette! She lives on the west route of Fallarbor and I know she is really nice!

Will Lanette return in ORAS and will there be new innovations in the PC system, interconnectivity with XY besides Pokemon Bank, and other nifty features?

In all fairness, the PC became much more convenient in Generation III. I doubt they may add more to Lanette's role except giving a bigger doll, maybe. In the new areas/extended region postgame maybe she may hop in and allow us to trade Pokémon to X&Y and access Pokébank, but that's just a maybe.

Of course she will, haha. Lanette's basically the Hoenn version of Bill, so it wouldn't make much sense to exclude her all of a sudden. XD" Speaking of Bill, perhaps she could invite him over at some point post-game, where she gives you some quests to get done by having him as partner? Aside from that, though, I can't really seem to think of any other ideas... well, maybe she could help customize your PokéNav (if they do decide to have this), since she's a developer and all?

Maybe she'll give us an Eevee she got from Bill during post game like Babe and the PC person from Unova did (honestly after Babe I don't recall any of the other Pc contributors names...)

I'd honestly like to see Bridgette make an appearance. Since she has a more crucial role in the Pokemon world this time around. Plus she makes for an easy explanation for the Pokemon Bank, if one is really needed. (I just like her design okay ): )

I can't imagine Lanette would have a particularly big role... None of the PC people seem to outside of Bill. And even then, as a character his role is more memorable than it is important... Yeah, he created the PC system but outside of that all he does is hand out Eevees (In gen two and by proxy with Bebe in gen four.)

I think it'd be nice to finally see a unique model used for Lanette since she only has a generic one in the originals.

I'm hoping that they'll reference the event that occurred in the Sevii islands with the stones in FrLg. Also hopefully they may mention how she could've connected the PC with Kalos and Unova's.

Seeing Lanette again would definitely be good since we have such an advancement since Gen 3! If they would add the PokeNav again, I would like to see some kind of new features to it and Lannete can add some :)

Lanette's pretty cool, I do wish that she doesn't take the appearance of a lady's overworld to be honest.
She might have something for you once you beat the game, like in Celio in FRLG, although you had to have 60 Pokemon registered in your Pokedex to access the event.

I never even thought of meeting her until post game when I needed to do the contest in Fallarbor and take someone out of the PC, I saw that she was blocking the way. Until then, I never really wondered why the PC was named 'SOMEONE's PC'; I thought I was actually accessing some random PC of some random guy. Perhaps if she has a special appearance, and not of a regular lady, people would notice her.

Lanette will most likely return, as did Bill in FRLG. I don't see them doing much more with her, but of course, the possibilities are endless. I liked how they changed it up with her after going with Bill for the first generation. If they do add something more, she may be the perfect person to help modernize the clothing customization system introduced from Kalos.
