3rd Gen Options for a MonoPoke Run?

    I didn't see a thread like this, but I apologize if there was one. Anyway, I was wondering what the possible options were for R/S/E and FR/LG for a monopoke run. In other words, what is the cutoff point to get the ONE Pokemon that you want to run the entire game with? What are the possible contenders?
