[Script] [ORAS] Give national dex instead of regional dex ?

    As I've been tinkering with multiple tools for my custom 3ds hack, I've been wondering if it is possible to give the player the national dex at first. I guess enabling the national dex flag is necessary (with the OWSE section of pk3ds ?), but I'm not familiar with hex editing and nothing about it has been posted online yet. Could someone who ever tried to do this help me here ? It would be much appreciated.
