    I don't know if this is considered a problem here, but there isn't any moderator or a name saying they are in charge of the place. The place is Other Clubs. Maybe there is, but can I just post a new thread and someone else would read it? I'm just curious and need to get an answer to stop getting worried.
     
    I've been watching over it and I try to moderate all threads every few days, and I browse the latest posts when I can. As always, if you see anything amiss (people off-topic or spamming, etc.) just report it and someone on the higher staff will take care of it. It just doesn't have a dedicated mod at the moment, is all.
     
    Then in that case, I can make a new thread and it can make it there after being reviewed, am I correct?
     
    Yes. If it complies with all the rules of the section, it will be approved. :]
