    Introduction:

Well, after making several OU teams (And epic-ly failing with them) while testing my skills on the PokeCommunity Shoddy Battle server, I finally came up with my pretty much best team. We're undefeated so far, but that doesn't mean I don't want to make it better! So, I'm asking for some suggestions from the community, which is obviously why I'm posting this thread. So yeah. Here it goes.

    Azelf @ Choice Specs
    Jolly nature
    4 HP/252 Sp.Atk/252 Spe
    Fire Blast
    Psychic / HP Ground?
    Grass Knot
    Thunderbolt

While this may look like a normal Choice Specs Azelf, it can actually work effectively as an anti-lead. It can surprise many players expecting it to be a standard suicide lead. Fire Blast is to defeat Metagross not holding an Occa Berry, and will probably 2HKO those that are. It can also deal with Roserade and Bronzong. Psychic can deal with Machamp, who is rising in popularity and would usually Payback Azelf straight down. Grass Knot is for Hippowdon, Swampert, and Tyranitar. Thunderbolt can defeat Skarmory and 2HKO Aerodactyl, who would Taunt and set up SR, expecting the normal suicide lead. However, it does have a weakness to Heatran, although I may take away Psychic for HP Ground. Tell me if I should.

    Gyarados @ Life Orb
    Adamant nature
    4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Dragon Dance
    Waterfall
    Ice Fang
    Earthquake

A physical sweeper, essentially. It's also the first part of my Gyarados-Jolteon-Jirachi core, which obviously mainly focuses on type advantages. Gyarados can switch in on anything that it resists (That my Jolteon usually lures in, namely ground types) set up, and sweep from there. I can also switch Gyarados in on the Infernape leads that give Azelf so much trouble, get a couple DDs in, and then sweep. Waterfall is its main STAB attack. Ice Fang is for Flygon and Dragonite, and Earthquake is for Electric types. Gyarados can also lure in Electric-type attacks that heals Jolteon.

Jolteon @ Choice Specs (Two Choice Specs, I know… >_<)
    Timid nature
    4 HP/252 Sp.Atk/252 Spe
    Baton Pass
    HP Grass
    Shadow Ball
    Thunderbolt

A special sweeper this time, and the second part of my offensive Gyarados – Jolteon – Jirachi core. Jolteon kills Pokemon that give Gyarados trouble, such as Rotom, and lures in those that Gyarados can take advantage of. HP Grass is obviously to defeat Ground types if Gyarados faints. Shadow Ball is for Rotom of any form, and Thunderbolt is a STAB attack.

    Jirachi @ Expert Belt
    Hasty nature
    252 Attack/4 Def/252 Sp.Atk
    Fire Punch
    Iron Head
    Thunderbolt
    Ice Punch / Stealth Rock?

Jirachi functions well as a wallbreaker, and is quite a surprise to most players, and most expect a Choice Scarfed one. However, they can be in for quite a surprise when they switch in their DD Tyranitar on this Jirachi that they think is locked into Fire Punch. Being the third part of my Gyarados-Jolteon-Jirachi combo, it can easily destroy Skarmory that give Gyarados trouble with Thunderbolt, and Blissey that give Jolteon trouble with Iron Head. It can also destroy other walls that would give my combo problems, such as Bronzong, with Fire Punch.

    Heatran @ Shuca Berry
    Naive nature
    252 Sp.Atk/4 Sp.Def/252 Spe
    Stealth Rock
    Explosion
    Fire Blast
    Earth Power

Heatran, as well as having great synergy with Azelf and Flygon and also being paired well type wise with Gyarados, can set up SRs. Heatran can also explode on any enemies giving me trouble, or net some surprise kills on Pokemon that, when Heatran is holding a Choice Scarf, will set up on them. Fire Blast is a powerful STAB attack for Heatran, and Earth Power is for type coverage.

    Flygon @ Choice Scarf
    Jolly nature
    252 Atk/4 Sp.Def/252 Spe
    U-Turn
    Earthquake
    Outrage
    Stone Edge

Flygon functions as a revenge killer as well as a scout. U-Turn is to scout for possible Flygon switch-ins and eliminate them. The other attacks are used for Pokemon that are threatening my team, mainly. Usually I will U-turn when I send it out.

Thanks in advance for any rates.

    That would be me

    AZELF

Why does it have a Jolly nature? :\
Anyways, go with Psychic since most lead Heatran's run Shuca Berry, so you'll only be able to do 73.1% - 86.1% damage.

    GYARADOS

Don't use Ice Fang + Earthquake or else you'll be walled by other Gyarados. Stone Edge + Earthquake or Ice Fang + Stone Edge gives you the best coverage. The former is resisted by Breloom while the latter is resisted by Empoleon, but both are pretty uncommon even by OU standards.

    JIRACHI

The EVs are terrible. Without any Speed EVs, you fail to outspeed a lot of things and it certainly won't make Iron Head very useful. Give it 252 Atk / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd. Use a Naive nature so that physical Priority moves won't do as much damage.

    TOGEKISS

Togekiss is the weak link in your team. It doesn't give you many resistances and it doesn't counter anything significant.

Right now your team has trouble with opponent Jolteons as well as Infernape, although you can revenge kill Infernape easier.

Choice Scarf Flygon can replace Scizor as your revenge killer/U-Turner. It can easily switch in on Jolteon's Thunderbolt and outspeed it. But the loss of a Steel Pokemon can be bad, so we'll replace it with another one:

    Heatran @Shuca Berry/Life Orb
    Naive Nature
    4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd

    -Fire Blast
    -Earth Power
    -Explosion
    -Stealth Rock

Heatran fits well into your team, since Flygon and Azelf have good synergy with it. It gives you a valuable Stealth Rocker and with Shuca Berry, it can survive attacks from an opponent Flygon or something and take it out with a surprise Explosion.
