Is there an outbox on the PM page anywhere?

All i can seem to find is the Inbox and Sent Items..

Nope, there's not. However you can send a PM to yourself as a "draft", just to back up the message while you're sending it to another person, although that's not exactly the same. :(

I think an Outbox should be done. I had some minor issues last Summer with the judging in the Get-Together. I didn't have a draft saved, and one of the members sent me the PM I previously sent to them. I think an Outbox could fix some awkward situations like : "Could you give me the PM I sent you ? Please ?"

That's why there's sent messages which have the PMs you've sent to members, as well as the inbox showing what you've recieved. o_O

Having an outbox won't fix that issue by how you described it.
(Though an outbox would be nice, I don't think it's likely on vb - idk tbh, even having a button to save draft, like blogs have would be good enough, but an auto-save thing, dunno)

I'm not even certain that vB supports a draft box for PMs. There might be an add-on that would enable such a behavior but it's not likely to be implemented because the staff prefers to just code their own mods to vB usually.
