In my experience i always getting a problem everytime i use OverWorldManager to create a Table.
First of all i can't understand where is my Pointer, Data Pointer, and Frame Pointer.

Well since i always get that problem i decided to make my own Over World Sprite Table.. But that task is hard when you hard coded it by your own hand right?

That's why i created a simple C code to make my table semi-automatic, yeah semi-automatic because you still need to copy paste the result in your rom using hex editor.

I only created this code since im bored but since i'm a rom hacker i thought about sharing it.
To use this tool? You need to first Download a c compiler i recommend a Cxxdroid since that's the one i'm using and just open the file and run...
