Delila looked at me slowly, and I nodded. Suddenly, her mask of calm evaporated, and she stepped forward, scowling to burn a hole through Ayu. She was the same height, but seemed to loom over her, the brown eyes like firey bronze. "I'm as real as you, and you're nothing less than any human, we're MORE than human."She said, sounding as though she was barely keeping herself from striking her. "Our father brought you here to tell you the truth, and you've done NOTHING but insult, and even try to ATTACK him!" She yelled the last bit, throwing her hands into the air with anger. "I think YOU should be asked how you can keep doing this!" she said, panting heavily, but starting to calm down, slowly...

The girl's sudden outburst startled me, causing my head to jolt slightly when she began to yell. "I don't want to be more than human... I want to be normal, like I used to think I was... Hell, I don't even care if I was stuck as a girl for the rest of my life. I'd gladly give up any chance of returning to me old life to be a true human." I was still speaking quietly, but loud enough that Atrashi would hear me still. "True, I may be rude. But how am I supposed to react to this? Let alone that my father is my... enemy." I suddenly collapsed, crying again. Jeez I had some emotion problems at that time! But even so, even though I was crying, I was embarassed to be seen crying in front of them.

I blinked, and looked at Delila. This time, she nodded, a slight blush creeping into her cheeks. She stepped over, slowly hefting her up onto her shoulders. I grimaced as they went into the elevator. I had hoped it would be better, but she would see that we were not evil. We simply suffered because justice was blind...

Delila sighed as the elevator opened, and helped her older sister out, still supporting her. "Listen, Ayu..." She said, not meeting her eyes. "I didn't want to upset you." she said slowly, looking around. Everywhere but at her. "But dad means a lot to me. I'm as human as anyone on the planet, and so are you. You should get back to your f- Your friends." She said, standing her sister up on her own. "Just remember, any time you want, you can come back here if you want, to talk, or whatever." She said, turning to walk back into the elevator, but pausing for a response.

"I don't want to think of him as my father, you know that." I said as I began to slowly walk away. "But maybe, one day, you and me can see eye to eye. Maybe then I'll come to see you, and we can talk. For now, I'm going to follow my heart, and it's telling me not to stay here." As corny as it sounded, it was how I felt at this point. After saying my fill, I slowly headed off towards the lab.

During my walk back, I was caught in thoughts about everything that had happened. Could I even bring myself to tell the others this? The longer I walked, the more my vision began to blurr, and my steps became less and less coordinated. When I finally arrived at the lab, I yelled "Professor, Ken I'm ba-" before passing out onto the floor, probably due to the bloodloss I had sustained this whole time.

OOC: Apologies in advance for the rambling post, I'm just trying to keep things moving.

I walked through the halls of the lab, a soda in hand, smiling to myself. Given that all the teachers had been running away, I didn't see much of a purpose going back to class. I walked by the open door, and paused, looking back. Open? I blinked, muy eyes trailing down to Ayu, and the blood around her... "Gah!" I yelped, practically scooping her up. I was still strong, even like this, but just above average for what would be expected for my size and age...

By the time I had found ken, I was frantic, practically yelling just to get him to move faster, but once we were in the facility they used when their experiments went wrong, she was put in what looked like an MRI machine. I waited patiently as the scan took place, and then began bonking Ken on the head as he sat at the computer desk until he finally started talking. "She's got burns, cuts, and a bit of blunt force trauma." He said matter of factly, typing in some sequences into the computer, and immidiately, the table slid out of the MRI-like device, and mechanical tools swung out of what looked almost like a chandillier, aside from being full of robotic arms, instead of lights. Slowly, they began to apply pain killing salves, and bandages over Ayu's various hurts, and giving two small injections to her left arm...
