PaintShop Pro 9 or Photoshop elements?

Paintshop pro 9
1. It's very easy to learn. Nothing is too complicated in this program
2. It's not nearly as expensive.
Take it from me, all my art is drawn in that program including my banner and the stuff on my deviant art account. PaintShop pro is the way to go
the only drawback is that most tutorials you find on the internet will be with photoshop
 
I would agree with the person above but...., Photoshop CS2, would be your very best option, elements i have no idea about but defiently CS2, but i didn't get it because i had a free version of PS7 lol.
