[Scripting Question] Paralysis speed decrease

Hi everyone,

I was wondering where the location for the decrease in Pokemon speed due to paralysis is located in Pokemon Essentials as I want to change it to match up with Gen 7 mechanics. I've already done it for the damage applied from burn status (changing it from 1/8 to 1/16) but I just can't seem to find it for paralysis anywhere.
