[Scripting Question] [Party Screen] Item Icons

    Is there a way to have the icon of the actual item a Pokemon is holding on the party screen, rather than the general held item icon? Much like Sword and Shield's party screen or in the team preview screen when playing online.

    Edit:

    I got something to work, however, I have an issue with refreshing. Whenever I change the held item to something else or switch the pokemon within the party order, the item icon sprites do not update until I leave the party menu and return.
