"When you attach everstone to female pokemon or ditto and give them to breeding center there is a 50% chane of passing natures"
This was introduced in emerald. My question is does this always female pokemon's or ditto's nature?
Edit duh That was an insteresting sentence indeed. Anyway, Can I pass male's nature is the question. If so I guess male should hold the everstone.

Let me reiterate this question...i think you're asking if you can only give the everstone to Female's/Ditto's and hopefully get their natures? Well if that's the case then no, you can also give the stone to the male pokemon...however i can't fully understand what you mean by "My question is, does this always female pokemon's or ditto's nature?"...hard to understand what you are asking, if u can clear it up maybe we can clear up your question for you :P

I think he means...Is the nature passed on always the female's or the ditto's?

Hmmm so what you're saying is in the case of a female and a ditto breeding? I think that's what it is. Then, Usually it's in the same classification, but you do have a higher chance of getting the ones the two breeding have, however as i said it IS possible for you to get a totally diff. nature...but not a high chance.

For example, I breed a Hardy Natured Golduck with my Adamant Squirtle. Well I didn't want either but I put the everstone on the Hardy nature to test it out and see what I'd get. Turns out it usually stays in the same area as the parents...and if you look at a chart though hardy isn't considered in the "attack" range of the natures like Lonely it sticks to something that seems relatively close. I got an Impish Squirtle...but the real question is if you can find another "neutral" nature and keep going down the charts and eventually get to another "tree" like one who wants to up sp. attack such as Mild/Modest etc nature.

I guess it'll take some more testing with the same Golduck I used also to see if I get repetitive results.

So really I guess no answer is plausible till I do more breeding; however, if someone has already tested this let me know the results and I'll give credit to you for your work otherwise give me some time.
