Since i'm back from taking a long brake, i decided it's time that I make a PBR Tourney thread.

Rules:

1. No Legendaries
2. One hand-over (Hand-over is getting in to the next round if you lose)
3. Have Fun.

Uh... why are all legendaries banned? I could understand it if Ubers were banned but what about the legendaries in the lower tiers?
