Is there a script built in that can take pokemon from your team just like pbAddPokemon(:pokemon) or has anyone made one?

You mean leaving Pokemon to someone else for development. If yes, check Day Care events in Lerucean Town or you can use Friend Care System here- https://www.pokecommunity.com/threads/407684.

no I want something more like I can sell a pokemon to someone, or someone can give you a mission to catch them a pokemon and remove the pokemon from your inventory.

pbRemovePokemonAt(index)
"index" is the position of the Pokémon in the party (first place is 0, second place is 1, etc.). This script cannot delete the Pokémon if it is the player's only able Pokémon (i.e. unfainted and not an Egg). You can read more here- https://essentialsdocs.fandom.com/wiki/Manipulating_Pokémon
