Question: Pc Wifi question

Hey guys!


I was watching videos on youtube and found some pokemon battles( in HG & SS ) and i was wondering how they did it. the video quality was very good so its obvious they didnt record their nds with a video recorder.someone even showed his desktop accidently. so i was looking around and found a sticky thread in this forum: PC WiFi Tournament

so are they playing pokemon on a pc? with an emu+rom, or how did they do it?

anyway i dont think u can battle on a rom...i could be mistaken tho. the PC wifi tournament is for people to battle online and try to be the best here on pokecommunity. so the videos you saw were most likely people recording there ds after a battle

They use an emulator most likely, by saving their battle video on their DS, putting the game onto their computer, opening it in an emulator and recording the screen from there. I could be wrong though.
