Greetings one and everyone! I usually go by the name Peanut, but you can all call me Josh. (Unless there's someone else named Josh here. That would get really confusing.) I, like many of you here, am a fan of Pokemon, yet am still looking for the accented "e" on my keyboard.

What draws me into the Pokemon world is the world itself. I've always had next to no people to play with when I play the games, so rather than level grinding to beat my friends, I always felt that the story-based missions were the best part of the games. Most every game, after the Elite Four are beaten, there's very little to do other than look for new kinds of Pokemon and level up the ones you already own. It is because of this that my favorite series of games happens to be the second generation based on the fact that there is still so much more ground to cover after the first credit reel.

What drew me here was your wide assortment of quality rom hacks for me to explore, but I also find here a very strong and well organized community, so I think it'd be a good idea to check out the other parts of the board as well.

I agree, the world of Pokemon is vast and amazing. Anyways yes, peanuts can fight to a point and well welcome to the Poke Community. I am also very new here and well if you ever need a friend or any advice you may comment on my profile/send me a private message and I shall answer as soon as possible.

Peanuts can fight. Woodstock and Snoopy did it all the time… I'm getting old, it's true.

I can understand where you're coming from Josh. There were never too many people into the whole Pokémon scene where I lived; the games did get a little boring after the storyline was completed. Good thing Wi-Fi interactions were designed for the fourth generation, huh? ^^

Hope you find the community to be everything you had hoped and then some. I'm sure you'll have a blast if you stick around long enough. (b'')b

    By the way, you can make "é" by pressing Alt + 0 + 2 + 3 + 3.
