Personalised Eggs In the future

I know this is a very minor thing, and i am not very bothered either way.
But i think it would be cool if the egg matched the pokemon kinda like how some of you guys have eggs in ur signatures that are shaded the same as the pokemon.

So what do you guys all think?

My point of view is it would be cool but it is not a necessity

I'd love this, personally. One of my favourite things of GPX+ (the site with the eggs) is that the eggs look like the Pokémon and it's fun to guess which is which and see how they adapted the Pokémon to the egg. I'd love to see it officially but... I'm also so used to the GPX+ eggs that it'd be really weird at first.

I can tell Lightning because you have a bunch of Cherubi's in your sig. But yea this really is a great idea, I'm sick of seeing the same Old egg all the time. Also if an egg is bad, it can be all black, with dirt coming off of it, thats another great idea

I don't think it matters very much, but you know that.

It might be a good idea, but probably the developers will decide they don't have the time and skip it.
Also, the signature eggs are kind of dumb, in my opinion.

They take long enough for them to release games an extra month to make personalized eggs wont kill them

This would destroy some of the shock value of discovering what was in the "gift eggs" you acquire throughout the game when they hatch, but other than that, I don't see a problem with it. :P

I think it'd be cool to color eggs based on type :3

Personally, I'd rather them put their efforts into other things, although it would be a neat feature, I must admit. Perhaps, as Kirbychuu said, it could be type-based colouring, which would take far less time and effort. ^^

I agree it would be cool, but I love when there's loads of eggs in the PC and you hatch them all and the Pokemon you get it a surprise. :)

I think it'd be a good idea. It'd be nice, I do tire of having to guess which Pokemon is in which egg, especially when I want to hatch a certain one first.
