PETA-mon

Well, the elite four in the special manga is a lot like peta.
 
There are probably some that will cut in if the Pokémon trainers are being too rough or abusive. Overall, I think Pokémon generally don't attack with everything they have unless it's an actual fight, rather than a battle.​
 
Maybe, for those who fight to extreme or abusive. The post above basically summarizes everything.
