Welcome to a region ruled by Team Victory, an evil organization made up of former Team Rocket members with much more sinister intent. Breaking free from the Rocket Team, they formed Team Victory and took over the Dannor region. However, in hiding, a secret rebellion has formed. They plan to take down Team Victory, even if the odds are stacked against them. You are part of this rebellion. You are receiving your first pokemon today, knowing that it's up to you to save Dannor.

Yes, players can catch pokemon, but please PM me about it first. NO LEGENDARIES ALLOWED(Besides Thunderus. You don't need to pm me for Thundurus, just include in the RP that you caught him.)

-Gina is a ruthless girl who doesn't care about pokemon. She sees them as tools to use. Whenever she gets one pokemon, she intends to use it to steal two more. She doesn't care about other's feelings and has a hard shell.

-Timothy
-Timothy has a good-heart, but was forced into Team Victory due to a threat from his brother. He cares for pokemon, and the trainers, but he will do whatever it takes to please Team Victory's heartless boss. For, if the boss is displeased, Timothy can expect the worst.

-Samuel
-Pure evil hearted and Timothy's brother. He cornered his brother one day and forced him to join Team Victory…or else. If Timothy refused, then his Taillow would be killed. He plans on keeping Team Victory's rule strong and he won't let the rebellion get in his way.

-Eliza
-She wants to please her boss extra hard. She works out of fear to him, but doesn't mind it. She hates pokemon and enjoys making them suffer. She enjoys the trainer's tears after she kidnaps their beloved partner. If she had a choice, she would be the boss of Team Victory. But, she's too afraid to stand up to him.

-Xavier
-He doesn't say a word. Nobody knows why this mysterious person joined Team Victory. He carries out his deeds obediently, and doesn't care to object. He doesn't fear, and he doesn't have emotions. Some members view him as a creepy one.

-Phoebe
-Phoebe is a master of deception and manipulation. She has convinced over thirty-three people to join Team Victory and she also wants her teams rule to be strong. She can wear down any person's guard, and with the right amount of time, switch them to her side.

Players 7 and 8 will have no Team Victory counterparts. Note: Your player can switch to Team Victory if desired. The Team Victory counterparts and your player or someone else's player should meet quickly, so try to form your RP that way.

Character Name: William Crovvin
Character Age: 14
Character History: William was ten when Team Victory started their take-over and eleven when they succeeded. His family lived in Ficha town, his grandma, grandpa, mother, father, sister, and him. When Team Victory came, the family wanted to flee to a safer region. All transportation was shut down as they were running about. Team Victory caught them and wanted to force him and his sister to join, while making the rest of the family slaves. William was the only one to escape. He joined the rebellion and hopes to rescue his family.
Character Personality: Kind-hearted, but can get angry easily. When in a rage, he is not pleasant to be around.
Character Motive's: To save his family and live in a free region once more. To take down Team Victory, aided by trustworthy companions and his pokemon.

Character Name: Jorge Stewart
Character Age: 15
Character History: A young boy is Cloudburst Village, Jorge knew little of Team Victory's existance until he was personally confronted by them. At age 12, he learned that they had taken over Dannor, and his father tried to get them to safety. When their neighbors, including Jorge's girlfriend, turned out to be members of Team Victory, Jorge swore that he would rescue them from the evil Team that had brainwashed them. In present day, Jorge has yet to succeed, but his goal is still in the back of his mind, even though he mainly focuses his attention on helping the entire nation.
Character Personality: Quiet and caring, Jorge helps people with little regard for himself. He believes he has little to lose, and refuses to quit. Ever.
Character Motive's: To purge Dannor of the evil that has twisted his country, and rescue his childhood girlfriend.
Character's Desired Pokemon: Totodile

Character Name: Adam Locke

Character Age: 14

Character History:
Born into a heavily religious family and raised in the proper Christian way, Adam has always had a distinctly humble background. He's never done anything outstanding, or known anyone famous, he's just lived a plainly ordinary life. He never had a girlfriend, but was affected by team Victory's tyranny at an early age, when a group of their agents recruited his two brothers into their ranks- two brothers who were pure evil. It was at this point Adam made the decision to put an end to Team Victory's evil.

Character Personality:
Kind-hearted, generous and caring, there is no better person you want when you're feeling down than Adam. He always knows exactly what to say to make you feel better, and supported by a large intellect, he can usually think of a solution to most people's problems. However, he can turn this on itself- he always knows where a sensitive point is and on a bad day he will not hesitate to exploit it. He can be very manipulative, but overall is a good person trying to do what's right.

Character Motive: To prevent evil from spreading furthermore, and to get even for his brothers' cruelty in the past.

Character Name: Connor Monthorn

Character Age: 12

Character History: His father being a member of Team Victory, Connor actually thought they had good intentions, until he saw a Poochyena, ruthlessly being beaten up by them. He was enraged, but his anger reached it's ultimate limit when his father was betrayed by his conrades, sent to prison just because he failed his training. This is when he decided he wanted to change everything. He ran away from home , filled with mixed emotions of anger and sadness, to find a solution. He reached Misery Village where he met his partner Growlithe in the wild. They quickly grew a bond, when a member of the rebellion sees him and guides him to Abomination Town.

Character Personality: He is very caring, albeit being quiet. He usually only talks to Pokemon. When agitated, he doesn't stop to think and just does whatever comes to his mind first. But when calmed, he is actually pretty good in thinking, which makes him quite a force to be reckoned with.

Character Motive's: To find out the history of his dad and his family, why he joined Team Victory, to free him from prison and seek revenge.

Character History: Jason is a member of Team Rocket.He has been trained as a spy and hacker. He was one of the few that stayed loyal to the team when Team Victory was formed. No one knows what happened to the rest of the loyal team members. But when Team Victory came after him, he barely escaped. As if to add insult to injury, his partner, a cubone, was stolen. Jason has lost contact with his bosses in Team Rocket, as the group has left the area. He remains loyal and does everthing he can to weaken Team Victory.

Character Personality: Jason is very quiet, often times wrapped up in his own thoughts. He is often cruel to people that get in his way. He doesn't usually have much to say, but when he does, he makes himself heard. He has taken Team Victory's dessertion as a personal insult. He isn't to fond of pokemon, just using them as tools for his own ends. When given a mission, he carries it out to the best of his abilities. He still doesn't know how he feels about working with people that would have been his enemies against former allies. But he does what he knows will help Team Rocket.

Character Motive's: He wants revenge. It's as simple as that. Not only for stealing cubone and betraying Team Rocket. But for taking out his friends, the other loyal members that weren't as good or as lucky as he was. He also wants Team Rocket back in power, despite the fact that he is working alone for that end.

Character's Desired Pokemon: Pachirisu

Appearance: Jason is average height. He has a slender build that belies the rigous training he puts himself through. He has cold, stone gray eyes, framed on a face that has forgotton how to smile long ago. His hair is shoulder length. Character Name: Jasmine (Jaz is her nickname)
Character Age:15
Character History: Born and raised in Digital City before the take-over, Jasmine's parents fled the city when it became clear that Team Victory were going to succeed in their mission. They began the long journey northwards, through Misery Village and Rusty Town, knowing that their best chances for survival lay with the rebellion in Abomination Town.

They proceeded North with the two family pokemon, Growlithe and Raichu, through North to Misery Village, then West to Rusty Town. However, it was just as they were about to enter Rusty Town that their family were ambushed by Team Victory scouts. Jasmine's father insisted that they were visiting family in Rusty Town, however the scouts did not believe them and fought with Jasmine's father while she and her mother escaped with Growlithe.

After spending 5 days sleeping in the dense forest outside Rusty Town waiting for their father to catch up with them, it became apparent that he was not returning. Stricken with grief, Jasmine's mother tragically took her own life, leaving Jasmine and Growlithe to make their own way to Abomination Town. On arrival, Jasmine made her way to the Pokemon centre to heal her exhausted Growlithe and promptly collapsed at the desk.

When she came to, she was in a side-room, her Growlithe in a cot next to her. When questioned by a member of the rebellion about how she came to be in Abomination Town, she broke down and wept for her mother, her father and Raichu. Then, the rebel promised her something that gave her promise for life again - vengence.

Character Personality: Jasmine is a fiercely loyal person, who would gladly lay down her life for someone she loves. She has the aura of someone who has had to grow up too fast, having lost a childhood that contained all the promises of a bright future. However, determination and perseverence gave Jasmine a new future, and she refuses to give this up to anyone or anything.

People generally feel relaxed around Jasmine, although they usually feel as though she is witholding part of herself from them, no matter how close they may be. Laughter is a noise that Jasmine had forgotten for a time, not having had much reason to laugh. However, even through the blackness surrounding Dannor, Jasmine likes to try and find the light and is constantly trying to reclaim the sound of laughter in her life.

Character Motive's: Vengence. Team Victory stole her father, her mother, her Raichu and her childhood. They stole her home, her future and the spark that was in her eyes. She just would not let that lie, for her or for the many many people in her position that Team Victory had hurt. They had destroyed far too many lives to get away with doing it any more, and Jasmine wanted to play her part in stopping them once and for all.

The thread was probably just approved. They don't show up for a while on the RP forum, at least, not from what I've heard. The GM may not even know his RP was approved. Even so, I hope he shows up soon. From the charcter bios (both PC and NPC) we have quite an interesting cast. I'd love to see this thing take off. :)

ARGH! I can't believe that I forgot about my own RP! Apparently there's exactly six, when you include me. I guess we can start...

You need a TV counterpart. Until you get one, I don't have one. And until you get one, we all have to wait before being able to switch back and forth between TV and our normal characters....(to be fair, at least). You also need a Pokemon. I chose one before you so we could get started. Your Growlithe doesn't work, because another player already has one. I think you need to get a Togepi now. But still, you can start your RP. Just remember to edit your character app before we start interacting with each other(which comes up pretty fast.)

RP:

William woke up, his head aching. Not much of a surprise really. He had been living under the PokeCenter, and the beds were less than desirable. Still, they were better than nothing. Rubbing a bit of his long hair out of his eyes, he slowly got off that excuse for a mattress. Truth, he did envy those who got real beds and real plumbing, those who arrived here earlier than the rest. He heard a bit of a racket outside his makeshift room, which was truly as small as his old closet in his old house. He left and entered the huge main room where every member of the rebellion or just those too scared to stay on the surface would walk around and chatter. Even so, he couldn't walk in a straight line without bumping shoulders with someone, or having to alter his path to avoid large clusters of people. The headache got worse, and in truth, he was not the happiest camper of the day. He let out a long exaggerated sigh, before working his way to a door which lead to another small room...this one was like a restroom in an airport. Big, but hardly taken care of. It was just a plain stretch of ground, and a block of wood in the center. Others started filing in. This room was one of the many rebellion rooms where plans were discussed, teams of people were dispatched, missions were given...all that kind of stuff that William wasn't quite sure if he wanted to be a part of. It was mildly organized, but mostly a bit of a mess. A person stood on the block of wood, his hat hiding his face. William could only dream of what he looked like. The man began talking. Every day normal speech to inspire hope and ignite passion...but to Will's sleepy mind, it just sounded like jibberish. When the man finished, he began giving reports of yesterday's missions. But one thing caught William's attention...

"Furthermore, we also have rescued a little girl from joining the ranks of Team Victory. In doing so, a brave member was killed by an Arcanine. A moment of silence for that brave member: Trent Gazerstar."

The room fell into silence, and Will reached for his pokeball which he kept clipped to his belt. His beloved Machop* laid inside it. He looked around the room. The reports then began to continue again. Then casualities. When all the opening speeches were over, he gave another small speech to inspire hope, before asking for volunteers to take missions, helping around the makeshift haven or doing some work on the surface. As people raised their hands and missions were given, Will just waited quietly in the background.

"Hunting for Apricorns?" the man finally said. Will's hand raised, as he figured he had nothing better to do. When the mission was assigned to him, he sighed...again. It was rare that when you went on these missions that you returned with an Apricorn. They were hard to find with Team Victory hunting and all. However, it was a rather easy mission, for the surface. Will realized that it was probably sheer idiocy that he had taken a mission for the surface, since he didn't really have a pokemon to defend himself. Well, he had a Machop, but seriously, he had only gotten it today. He didn't even know how strong or weak it was. Choppy, as he had named it had grown on him. He wondered when he would work up to courage to start the "Victorious Journey." That journey was when you left your safe haven and worked your way across the region to help others on the journey stop Team Victory's reign. He had only been in the haven for about three days, today being his third, so he didn't expect to start anytime soon. But he wanted to. Desperately. He wanted to for his...family. For his sister. Tears filled his eyes when he thought about his family. He took a deep breath, which some might have mistaken for another sigh, then left to start his mission...

Jorge watches the sun rise, tracking its progress. His shift is over, and he can go back to base soon. As soon as his relief arrives, anyway. He adjusts the grey cloak around his shoulders, leaning back against the rocks. Night watch is usually uneventful, but he had encountered a wild Totodile during the night, capturing it in his only Pokeball. He glances at the ball, placed gently inside the pocket of his shirt. He hopes to get some time with the young Croc later.

Soon, a young girl approaches his position. He raises a hand, signalling her. She nods, and climbs a nearby tree. Jorge rises, stretching his long legs. Due to his large size, Jorge doesn't fit in with trees, and usually watches from the rocks. He heads back to base, checking to make sure noone sees him lift the fake tree guarding one of the entrances.

He makes it inside just in time to hear the tail end of a speech. He stays to listen to the news, bowing his head at news of Trent's demise. Jorge didn't know the man, but they were now one member smaller. He waits for missions to be assigned, giving a brief report of the night, his capture of Totodile the only event. The man nods, giving a congratulatory pat on the shoulder. "Get some sleep, and come back later for your next assignment."

Jorge nods, headed toward the sleeping quarters. He passes by a few people he recognizes, and smiles and nods politely. He gives a thumbs-up to William, having heard about his capture of a Machop.

William looked at Jorge and nodded his head to acknowledge the member of the rebellion. He reached to feel the pokeball which contained Choppy, as it gave him comfort for an odd reason. That's when he realized it was gone. Jorge was headed for his bed, as it was night, and Will figured the pokeball must've dropped while he was searching for Apricorns. In which he hadn't found any. He shuddered, wondering what would happen if Team Victory got his Machop first...before pushing away the thought. Will talks to the man telling him of the report, and eventually gets permission to get back up on the surface. Will shivers, hoping he won't encounter any of Team Victory. So he worked his way up and eventually was in front of the PokeCenter. The town was unusually quiet. So, desperately and quickly, Will began his search. Tiredness started to overcome him after a while. Suddenly, Will saw a brief bit of red sticking out a bush. He ran over and picked it up. A pokeball. His pokeball.

He breathed an audible sigh of relief, before hearing something that chilled him to the very bone.
"Hello, there...little child." A voice. A freaking sinister, yet calm voice. Will was on the verge of panic as he turned around.

Team Victory...a grunt from Team Victory...and he was facing it.* Suddenly, adrenaline filled up Will's veins, his breath increasing, his heart rate going double speed.

A Houndoom was by the grunts side. That was all Will had time to think about before he heard it:
"HOUNDOOM! FLAMETHROWER! But don't kill him...he could be forced into joining us...might be useful!"

About three swear words at once filled Will's mind, as his body was frozen in dread. The streak of fire came racing towards him, deadly. Will dove to the side, landing hard and scraping his right elbow.
"AGAIN!"

Another streak of fire heading towards him. Will quickly rolled, before sending out his Machop.
"MACHOP! ATTACK!" Will screamed, his eyes filling with tears out of fright. The Machop ran towards the Houndoom, before giving a kick that took it off its feet. The Houndoom on the ground now, Will screamed for it to continue. Machop struck again, and the Houndoom recoiled in pain. Then its jaws lashed out and bit into Choppy. Blood squirted, and Will screamed. By now, the poor boy was crying, fear overwhelming him.The Houndoom tossed Choppy aside like it was a ragdoll, then standing up, sent a streak of fire. Choppy's breathing was unnatural, and its eyes were widened strangely. As the smoke from the fire cleared, Choppy was motionless, and appeared not to be breathing. The grunt called the Houndoom to his side, before mouthing:
"Any last words, punk?"

Will ran as fast as he could, the blood beating in his ears. The Houndoom suddenly bounded after him, but Will had already reached his Machop. Recalling it to its pokeball, Will turned and saw the threat. It was too close. In a second the Houndoom was on him.

"Knock him out. We'll bring him to headquarters." said the grunt. The Houndoom's eyes twinkled, as if it was enjoying torturing Will. Will struggled and squirmed but the Houndoom just stood calm, before letting go of Will and scratching him, leaving three bloodied claw marks on his face. Will felt the world around him darken, but adrenaline kept him awake. His breathing was hard, as he saw the Houndoom prepare to do it again. He felt weak...before seeing something in the bush.

Pulling out the Apricorn, he tossed it at the Houndoom, which surprised the pokemon. With that brief second of stunning that the apricorn had provided him, Will used his adrenaline and his fear to work up the strength to get up and run away. The Houndoom pounded after him. Will saw the fake tree, and wondered if he had enough time. And if he did make it, how would he prevent the grunt and Houndoom from seeing? He darted behind a couple rocks, the Houndoom still following. It leapt over the rocks, then skidded before turning back to attack Will. But Will had darted around to the other side of the rocks. The Houndoom jumped again, but Will had darted around the rocks once more. On the fourth time, the Houndoom lost it's balance and fell. Will ran over and pushed all his strength into his foot as he slammed it onto the pokemon's head. Over and over. The grunt was still catching up, as it wasn't nearly as fast as it's Houndoom. When the grunt finally did catch up, he found his Houndoom knocked out, and William nowhere in sight.

Nobody had seen him. But it was a close call. Will's mind was racing as he walked over to the man who gave missions and gave a detailed report. He was rushed over to the infirmary, where bandages were applied to his face. His Machop had been given to some people that would heal it. Finally, after it was over, he was reunited with Choppy, who was good as new. Then, tired and exhausted, but blood still rushing, Will wondered what Jorge would think when his story was told tommorow. He laid in his excuse for a bed before going to sleep. Choppy soon followed. Will had nightmares of that night's events, twice he woke up. He wondered about what the next day would bring before settling to sleep again once more.
