PGE gives errors whenever I try to edit anything.

    I downloaded PGE with the intent to hack Fire Red, but it keeps giving unhandled exception errors. I looked at the ini file, and it said it was for Ruby, so I tried opening that instead, but still gave the same sorts of errors.
