PGE / Leon & Ultima's Fire Red Rom Base Help!!!

    I am trying to expand the # of pokemon in a Leon & Ultima's firered rom on PGE, and I keep getting an unhandled exception that says "no access to memory location." The roms.ini is in the correct spot, as is the ini of the rom I am trying to hack. All I've done so far is expanded the size of the rom itself through PGE. Has anyone experienced this before and is there a fix?
     
    If you're using a modified ROM of FireRed, then the INI cannot search for the correct offset location of the number of pokemon, et cetera.
    However, correct me if I'm wrong, as you may have already changed the following offsets.
