Wrong Name and HP Placement. I agree with QFred. The placement for the atk is wrong.

Your art is kinda wrong with it. Voltorb has no mouth. If it has, it has to be located in the white part.

The backround of the card is nice, but I don't think it quite portrays a Voltorb. And... the art isn't the best I've seen. *laughs* But it's probably better than I could do.

Keep trying. With photoshop under your control, you'll keep getting better!

Well I'm going to be honest but I don't know anything about Pokemon cards, I just collect them
Okay lets see, I like the background but its weird how you put it as grass. Also its weird how you put a scrathed picture of Voltorb.

I like using funny pics on my Voltorbs/ Electrode's.

Thats a weird looking Voltorb there also. No Pokebody. But Voltorb has no mouth.

But the attacks aren't pushed enough. You need to develop those. At least the art is original, but the background is meh. Both cards are nice, but they lack rarity and set number. Even though it's not a set, putting 1/1 is good. The background on the first Voltorb needs to be raised a bit. So now, the rating. Both Voltorbs get an 8.5/10.
