Spinoff/Mobile Pikachu Libre in Pokémon GO has become popular again?

Pikachu Libre, the only one of the Cosplay Pikachu has returned in Pokémon GO, ever since she has lost her popularity along with the other cosplay Pikachu. So do you think that Pikachu Libre has gained her popularity again? Why? Please let me know, thanks.
