Pikachu or Leafeon which should I use

OK Right now I'm between Hearthome and Solaceon and I get stuck wondering who I should put on my team which comprises only of a LV 34 Prinplup and LV 30 Staravia so I think and I come up with those two (fully evolved of course), Houndoom, Sneasel, Snorlax and then my dilemma. I like Leafeon because of her kick-*** attack and defense but Pikachu is also another fave due to his stellar speed and special attack making him an awesome sweeper, any advice on which to choose would be helpful and I would like to keep my team the way it is

Of the two probs Leafeon because it has great defense and you have a GIANT weakness to fighting types (whereas Raichu has awful defense stats and can hardly take a physical hit of any kind), but if I were you I'd invest in like a Dusknoir/ Mismagius/ Psychic or Flying type.

I wouldn't even consider Pikachu unless you can get your hands on a Light Ball for it, otherwise it's kind of useless later in the game. Overall, I'd choose Leafeon because it can actually take hits and is slightly faster than Pikachu. However, if you happen to have a Surfchu, use Pikachu (just because surfing Pikachu are awesome :P).
