[Tool] PKSV failing to load

    I've recently run into a problem. My PKSV has worked fine up until today where for some reason every time I try to load the program I get an error message saying that the "Scintilla.dll" could not load.
    I've tried downloading a fresh copy of PKSV that does the same thing, and even tried to follow what one person said on google to download the Sintilla application separately and extract the .dll from that but neither have worked.

    Has anyone else experienced this problem?
