Okay, so i need help. I Want the balloon pokemon at the valley windworks. Everyone tells me it has to be Friday, My Dsi is set to friday, but it's not there. Does it have to be set to a certain time, or is there something i have to do before it appears? THAAANKS!

was it actually friday? or did you change the day to friday? the game somehow knows when you change the day. It might work if you set it to thursday with one minute left until friday though.

It actually was friday, but the ds was set for wednesday. So i corrected it, and still nothing.
