Platinum Team

Well basiclly I just wanted to post my team to be rated and get some help with some moves I'm considering about changing.
This is my platinum team(Traded some 'mons over from friends to form it):

Torterra(my starter): LVL 61
Lax nature, Likes to Trash About(ATK bonus)

Wood Hammer
Earthquake
Synthesis

Infernape: LVL 58
Adamant nature, Impetous and Silly(SPD bonus)
Moves:
Flare Blitz
Thunder Punch
Earthquake
Close Combat

Empoleon: LVL 60
Modest nature, Proud of it's Power(ATK bonus...)
Moves:
Drill Peck
Surf
Flash Cannon
Ice Beam

Shiny Staraptor: LVL 58
Adamant, Likes to Fight(ATK bonus)
Moves:
Return
Fly
Brave Bird
Close Combat

Lucario: LVL 57
Modest, Alert to Sounds(SPD Bonus)
Moves:
Aura Sphere
Dark Pulse
Psychic
Dragon Pulse

Shiny Froslass: LVL 60
Modest, Alert to Sounds(SPD Bonus)
Moves:
Shadow Ball
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
Destiny Bond

Well the main thing I am considering to change is Starpator moves, thinking about Sky Attack instead of Fly or Brave Bird. so I'm wondering, is it worth the change of moves or should I leave it the way it is?
BTW I am just now in my way for pokemon league and at the entrance of Victory Road.
