Please help a newbie!

Hi All,
Sorry for a post (probably in the wrong section) but my son has done something to his account and I've no idea how to fix it 😭😣
I've tried uninstalling the app (iOS) without any joy and an ipod reboot isn't working either. He brought the device to me asking to enter the code to lift the restrictions (within the app) after entering it the only thing the device shows is the attached.
I've no idea how to fix this so all help is greatly appreciated!

That's the recaptcha feature.

It will only show up for the following reasons:

1. The user is running third party programs (usually cheats) in association with the account and the activity has been detected on Niantic's end. The captcha is shown for the user to prove he's playing the game and not automating it.

2. The user left the game running with no activity, which can trigger flags on Niantic's end as suspicious activity.

Simply answer the captcha as instructed and continue.

Thanks so much! He's only 9 so it's definitely the latter! Interestingly though, I installed it on my Samsung s7 and was able to fix it, but the repatcha option isn't showing on his ipod 🤔🤔
Appreciate the help though!
