    err... normally I would give out a more detailed rate, but perhaps I'll do that later this time because I have to go do my work (very soon)... x_x;

but at a brief glance, I would suggest you to read through the advanced trainers' guide stickied in the ruby/sapphire section, or just click on the link in my signature, to read about some of the more common mistakes new trainers make, and some general guidelines on team making.

    Lairon
    Nature - Adamant

    Earthquake
    Brick Break
    Double Edge
    Roar/Rest

    name:Candi (ninetales)
    item:rawst berry
    lv:38
    nature:docile
    ability:flash fire
    moves:
    fire blast
    will-o-wisp
    confuse ray
    flamethrower

Decent. Replace fire blast with flamethrower and nature with either Modest, Calm, or maybe Bold. Use roar in place of the other fire attack for burn shuffling or protect/toxic maybe.

    name:Seadrena(Sealeo)
    item:none
    lv:38
    nature:hasty
    ability:thick fat
    moves:
    ice ball
    body slam
    aurora beam
    hail

    Sealeo with Chesto Berry(Chesto-Rest)
    Nature - Adamant

    Body Slam/Rock Slide
    Earthquake
    Curse/Roar
    Rest

Curse works decent on this guy. You could even take out earthquake for sheer cold with the OHKO since body slam works as a paralyzation attack. There's a few different move combos you can use with Sealeo. I prefer the cursed version though. I don't think you can breed rock slide and curse on him so you'd have to choose one or the other. If you go rock slide you could use roar instead of curse.

    name:Mongolia(Magneton)
    item:none
    lv:40
    nature:lonely
    ability:magnet pull
    moves:
    thuundershock
    supersonic
    lock-on
    spark

    Magneton
    Nature - Modest/Bold/Calm?

    Thunder Wave
    Thunder/Thunder Bolt
    Reflect
    Rain Dance/Double Team/Protect

I haven't been a big fan of this guy due to the fact there's too many earthquake users and most of them have more speed than Magneton to get the first hit in. I'm sure others have a better moveset for this guy anyways. I'd dump alot of evs in defense to help some.

    name:Zues(Swampert)
    item:sheel bell
    lv:46
    nature:serious
    ability:torrent
    moves:
    portect
    surf
    mud shot
    muddy water

    Swampert
    Nature - Adamant

    Earthquake
    Brickbreak
    Curse/Mirror Coat
    Rest/Hydro Pump maybe?

There's a lot you can do with this pokemon.

    name: Dinous(Tropius)
    item:guard spec.
    lv:42
    nature:adamant
    ability:chlorophyll
    moves:
    fly
    magical leaf
    solarbeam
    body slam

    Tropius

    Earthquake/Body Slam
    aerial ace
    whirlwind
    synthesis

You have the right nature for this guy. If you want to use this pokemon you probably want to go with all physical attacks. Tropius doesn't have the special attack to use any grass attacks. May want to consider using this guy as an annoyer(para-shuffler).

Good team. You just need to train them a little more and remember to max your evs too.

    What if I do this:

    AmozonBaby(Lairon) female
    moves:
    iron tail
    earthquake
    brick break
    ???(need a last move)

    name:Candi (ninetales) female
    moves:
    stay the same

    name:Seadrena(Sealeo) female
    moves:
    sheer cold
    rest
    body slam
    hail/aurora beam

    name:Mongolia(Magneton) no gender
    moves:
    rain dance
    thunder wave
    thunder
    ???(need last move)

    name:Zues(Swampert) male
    moves:
    surf
    mud shot
    muddy water
    rest

    name: Dinous(Tropius) male
    moves:
    fly
    aerial ace
    body slam
    ???(need last move)

Is this better then I had it? I need some help please.

Even?leveled teams are important. They'll be lower?leveled than most of your opponents, but as long as you give them movesets that make the best of their highest attack type [no physical moves to a Manectric, for instance], you'll do fine, and won't be depending on just one strong Pok?mon.

    Let's see...

    AmozonBaby(Lairon) female
    moves:
    Iron Tail
    Earthquake
    Brick Break
    Roar/Protect

    name:Seadrena(Sealeo) female
    moves:

    moves:

    Thunder
    HP Water/Protect

    name:Zues(Swampert) male
    moves:
    Earthquake
    Brick Break
    Rest
    Ice Beam

    name: Dinous(Tropius) male
    moves:
    Synthesis
    Aerial Ace/Body Slam
    Sunny Day
    Solarbeam
*Fly is very bad. It's like broadcasting to the whole world that you're using a Flying-Type move
