Recover in Medicham is worthless, because it's very frail. And Return has no real advantages over Ice Punch.
I like Drapion with EQ in place of Cross Poison.
Honchkrow doesn't have the staying power to be a annoyer, so you better take it out.
You need more Ice moves and more defensive pokés.

    Gyarados @:Life Orb

    Waterfall
    Taunt in place of something.
    Torterra @:Leftovers
    Impish
    Earthquake
    Wood Hammer
    Stealth Rock
    Stone Edge
There are better pokemon that can Stealth Rock, Leech Seed in place of it.

    Medicham @:Choice Band/Leftovers
    Calm Nature
    Hi Jump Kick
    Substitute
    Calm Mind
    Focus Punch

    Drapion @:Life Orb
    Jolly

    Earthquake/Brick Break
    Swords Dance
    Cross Poison/Ice Fang/Fire Fang/Knock off

    Honchkrow @: Leftovers
    Adamant/Jolly
    Super Luck
    Roost

    Fixes In well, your post.

    Gyarados
    Adamant
    Dragon Dance
    Earthquake Return
    Ice Fang Taunt
    Waterfall

This can be very effective on a Gyrarados. Taunt to prevent any status changes on it. Return as a sweeping move for any pokemon that won't already be destroyed by Waterfall.

    Torterra
    Impish
    Earthquake
    Wood Hammer
    Stealth Rock Curse
    Stone Edge

Torterra is far too slow to be an effective Stealth Rocker. Use Curse to increase Defense and Attack for those powerful moves like Stone Edge.

    Medicham
    Adamant
    Hi Jump Kick
    Recover Psycho Cut/Ice Punch/Fire Punch
    Return
    Thunder Punch

Psycho Cut is an effective physical Psychic Move or one of the elemental Punches to cover more types that Medicham can do damage to.

    Drapion
    Adamant
    Cross Poison
    Crunch
    Fire Fang Ice Fang
    Swords Dance

Ice Fang instead of Fire Fang because the only super effective move type against Drapion is Ground. So Ice over Fire for me.

    Honchkrow
    Impish
    Confuse Ray Swagger
    Drill Peck/Aerial Ace
    Night Slash/Shadow BallPursuit
    Toxic

Shadow Ball is bad because Honchkrow has pretty bad Sp.Attack. Pursuit can be good if the opponent is switching out. Swagger because it causes more damage to the opponent if they hurt themself.

    Grumpig
    Calm
    Calm Mind
    Psychic
    Substitute
    Magic Coat

Never really used Grumpig, so I wouldn't know about him, sorry.

Uh, sorry, but gyarados has no need for return in 4th gen, or even 3rd if you get it HP flying. EQ and waterfall as its attack moves...and the taunt and Dragon dance obviously. For medicahm, I don't like hi jump kick. If you miss...ouch. Use a more accurate move. Again, I'm not fond of return here, since a STABed brick break does more damage and covers more types. /use two elemantal punches, psycho cut, and an accurate fighting move (physical) for medicham, and maybe slap a choice item onto it. Not specs obviously...but scarf or band might work.
