    -hi! I don't know how change title screen in PKMN Emerald.
    I find here tutorial, but is only for fire red.
    Please tell me how to change title screen in PKMN Emerald! :)
     
    Not even the right section.
    How can you read a tutorial here from the emulation section then think to go to game dev *facepalm*
