Please help one of my favorite teams

So I had this team, which was one of my favorite I ever made. It performed really well, but the problem is it had Greninja, and as many of you know, Greninja got banned. So now I'm looking for the best possible replacement for it.

Note: Keep in mind that I make my teams randomly. I have 200+ Pokémon and every time I want a new team, I chose one of my Megas and choose Pokémon that work well around it (Example: If I have Mega Lopunny, I definitely want a Rotom-W for bird spam). I have like only 1 Bisharp, not numerous Bisharps all with different sets. Thats the case for most of my Pokémon, so please don't ask me to change EV spreads. However, I'd like for you to point out threats.

Just by looking at it, Conkeldurr gives me tons of problems so I'd like to see something that could handle him well and fit well here. I believe this is Hyper Offense? I like it.
