    Is it worth trainin up a shedinja i know some1s whos shedinja lvl 100 speed was 460 and i was wonderin is it worth trainin one up to use in my team?
     
    It's max speed is 196...

    Shedinja used to be okay in R/S, and teams actually had to look out for it. The total abundance of Sandstorm has changed that, though... Sorry, but I wouldn't advise it.

    Shedinja's speed can't even reach 200. Are you confusing Shedinja with Ninjask? Ninjask has a max speed of 460. If this person you mention has a Shedinja with a speed of 460, then they are a hacker and shouldn't even bother battling them.

    Shedinja is too easy to kill even though it has Wonder Guard. Toxic, Leech Seed, Hail, Sandstorm, and more can easily kill Shedinja. Pursuit users will automatically kill it if it tries to run away. Don't use Shedinja. Ninjask is far better.

    Well sure, you could try out a Ninjask if you like. Its really fragile, but obviously insanely fast. You could use it for a Baton Passer (to pass Swords Dance and a Speed Boost to another team member, or as a Choice Band sweeper.

    Good attacking moves are X-Scissor, Aerial Ace, Night Slash, and U-Turn, and a Baton Passer would need Substitute and Swords Dance.
