ok this is my first proper team ive made so please bear with me and any CONSTRUCTIVE critisim will be taken onboard and put to practical use with it.

for starters im not someone that will spemnd hours (even using a shark) to get the right hidden powers...if i get the one i want int he first 2-3 tries ill be happy..if i dont ill just stop and teach the pokemon a tm move to a learnt move instead.

    now onto the team:

Scizor w/ leftovers/quick claw Swords dance, agility, Baton Pass, Steel wing/Hidden power rock (trying to get the HP with a new one to train up)

Marowak w/ thick club earthquake, Swords dance (if scizor dies to fire), Rock Slide Head But (want to change but unsure what to plz help here)

Heracross w/ leftovers Mega Horn, Earthquake, counter (served me well so far) dont know what to have last (thinking rest but dont like the idea of loosing leftover for Minty Rest, and dont want to give up counter for sleep talk)

Alakazam w/ leftovers Recover, Psychic, Reflect, Thunder Punch (love para :) )

Tyranitar /w Leftovers Ancient Power, Crunch, Curse, Earthquake/Flame Thrower (still unsufe bout this final move)

Snorlax /w leftovers/minty Curse, Rock slide, Rest, Double Edge

ok i am not sure how this will stand up to you guys. i think i need some more elemental attacks (especially water...but on whom?)

ive not looked too closly at the resists and weaknesses of these guys but ive gone pretty well in my player vs player battles so far.

rate it, rip it to shreads...just please make it constructive

    thanks in advance guys

    Jaws..

p.s: sorry for this best so very long :)

Scizor w/ leftovers/quick claw Swords dance, agility, Baton Pass, Steel wing/Hidden power rock (trying to get the HP with a new one to train up)
    * Leftovers as item, HP Rock will be good.

Marowak w/ thick club earthquake, Swords dance (if scizor dies to fire), Rock Slide Head But (want to change but unsure what to plz help here)
    * HP Physical over Headbutt. Or Rest with Mint Berry

Heracross w/ leftovers Mega Horn, Earthquake, counter (served me well so far) dont know what to have last (thinking rest but dont like the idea of loosing leftover for Minty Rest, and dont want to give up counter for sleep talk)
    * Rest, Sleep Talk, Megahorn, Curse always worked for me...

Alakazam w/ leftovers Recover, Psychic, Reflect, Thunder Punch (love para )
    * Drop Reflect and Recover. Put Fire Punch and Ice Punch instead.

Tyranitar /w Leftovers Ancient Power, Crunch, Curse, Earthquake/Flame Thrower (still unsufe bout this final move)
    * Earthquake, Rock Slide, Curse/Roar, Rest with Mint Berry.

Snorlax /w leftovers/minty Curse, Rock slide, Rest, Double Edge
    * Rest, Curse, Sleep Talk, Return with Leftovers.

(So no Hidden power, but yes to TMs, ok)

Scizor: HP Bug is the only HP for Scizor. If you can't get that, Return or Steel wing will do. Leftovers > Quick claw since Agility takes care of that, and if you die in 1 hit, you'd die before or after the agility either way.

Marowak: HP Bug over Headbutt is standard, but I suppose you could use Fire blast instead (OR Fthrower if you like accuracy). Remember to keep its attack DV at 13 or below.

Heracross: that makes 2 bugs. Anyways, the standard set is rest and Sleep talk over Counter and last move with leftovers. But if you do want counter, and leftovers, you can still risk that rest...

Alakazam: Looks good, but I'd have Miracle berry instead since you have no beller, and you do want to keep zam fast.

Ttar: Rock slide over AP, trust me. Roar over crunch, you're still missing a pseudohazer. Last slot, opt for the thrower, since RS can and probably will kill many things.

Lax: Standardy. But many hail Curselax as cheapy, so...

Overall: you have a team of sweepers, especially physical based. You have a great special D tank, but physical wise, uh, Heracross w/ rest is as good as it gets, not that it's that bad. You'd need to be wise against ppl who knows what pseudohazing is all about. And also opposing stat boosters.

And finally, don't start with scizor, a good opponent would be able to work from there the moment they know what your strat is (Scizor's only strat tends to be baton pass, or the occassional reversal which doesnt work :P)
